Can AI and robotics help minimum wage workers earn more?

How many people make less than $15 an hour in America, as of right now in AD 2023?

Roughly one-third of the U.S. workforce—52 million people—earn less than $15 an hour,

I talk more about this on my YouTube channel and podcast.

If you work 40 hours per week, and earn US$10 an hour, you make US$19,200 a year before tax, which you certainly can live off of if you keep your living expenses extremely low, and you have a partner to live with, but it certainly cannot afford you a luxurious or affluent life in America. US$19,200 a year in 2023 certainly isn’t a middle-class level income in America; it is a povery level income in America, although over 80% of humanity makes far less than US$19,200 a year; what is considered rich is considered poverty in America; that’s how America is right now in AD 2023. America’s standard is impossibly high, and we must raise America’s standard even higher through advancing transhumanism.

Transhumanism is the nirvana for America. The American human lives will be so fabulous, so fantastic, when transhumanism finally reaches its zenith: Transhumanism is America’s future—I’ve no doubt about that. Learn more about my plan for advancing transhumanism at Robocentric.com/Checkout.

I believe that AI and robotics must, can, and will help human workers to earn more, including and especially the minimum wage human workers in America.

Why is there poverty in America, in the wealthiest nation? Poverty is relative. Being poor in America isn’t equal to being poor in the least developed parts of humanity. In a capitalistic nation like America, just being able to eat three decent meals a day isn’t considered luxury, although it is considered luxury in many parts of humanity.

Before the Industrial Revolution, the peasants in Europe and America had to work just to eat, not for luxury items. Before the Industrial Revolution, the peasants in Europe and America had only one set of clothing per person. Without technological advances, human beings simply cannot produce more, hence cannot consume more.

In order for America to alleviate its poverty, and reach the next level of its national wealth, America must produce and consume more: AI and robotics, coupled with artificial nuclear-fusion tech, will enable America to produce and consume vastly more than ever before, on Earth and in outer space. The Universal Basic Income, especially in outer space human habitats, won’t be a pipe dream with AI, robotics, and artificial nuclear-fusion tech.

Technology will be yet again America’s savior and lover. Technology will save America, and love America. This time, transhumanistic technologies will be America’s savior and lover.

Expect transhumanistic technologies: They are coming for all of America, for both rich and poor Americans!
