Two categories of artificial intelligence (AI): robotics and intelligent web
I see two major application areas of the future artificial intelligence: robotics, and intelligent web or intelligent internet.
In this publication, I’ll talk about applying artificial intelligence in making the Internet intelligent.
Merging the web technologies and the artificial intelligence technologies is certainly an important concern in advancing transhumanism.
Artificial Intelligence on the Internet: what does that supposed to be?

When the interplanetary internet gets built to facilitate communicating between different planets and spaceships across the Solar System, what should intelligent interplanetary internet look and feel like?
What is an intelligent network? It sounds fancy, but what is it exactly? Instinctually, we know that humanity is an intelligent network, with individual human beings as network nodes that function to maintain, build, and benefit the entire human network.
First of all, what is a network? According to Wiktionary, a network is “any interconnected group or system”, and intelligence is “capacity of mind, especially to understand principles, truths, facts or meanings, acquire knowledge, and apply it to practice; the ability to comprehend and learn.”
So, an intelligent network must have some form of interconnection of different elements, and it must be able to learn, comprehend, and apply knowledge. In other words, an intelligent network is an interconnection of different system elements, that can and do learn, comprehend, and apply knowledge for benefiting the network.
In other words, an intelligent network has two chief characteristics: an interconnection of different system elements, and learning, comprehension, and application of knowledge for benefiting the network.
An information network, that is used by humans, such as the Internet or the Web, has two major groups or sides in the network: the network infrastructure, and the human users.
In the intelligent Web or the intelligent internet, the humans will still be there in the same way; the human biological hardware will stay the same in the artificial intelligence internet; but the network infrastructure will change in the artificial intelligence internet.
The artificial intelligence internet will have knowledge learning, comprehension, and application capabilities for benefiting humans.
The artificial intelligence internet will learn, comprehend, and apply knowledge in humanlike ways, for benefiting humans, because that’s exactly what it’s supposed to do.
The ultimate goal and purpose, the raison detre of the artificial intelligence internet, is to benefit humans by learning, comprehending, and applying knowledge in humanlike ways. That’s exactly what the artificial intelligence internet should be, and will be.
The artificial intelligence internet will be a key component in advancing transhumanism, in removing human limitations and improving the human condition via advancing AI, robotics, human longevity biotech, and artificial nuclear-fusion powered mass scale outer space humanity expansion tech.
