Contemplating the future
I think humans are cursed because humans can never precisely predict or know the future. But I think humans are blessed because humans can change the status quo.
The only thing that can tell what the future will be like is the general trend that always persisted in the past.
For example, everything changed in the past, so in all likely chance, everything will continue to change.
New knowledge and sciences always get developed, and adopted and embraced by the masses, so in all likely chance, that will continue also.
A quick advertisement before I continue on this topic. I work on advancing AI, robotics, human longevity biotech, and nuclear-fusion powered outer space tech with a multidecadal commitment, because I truly believe in the future technologies.
If you want to know more about transhumanism, and support my cause, check out my books at Robocentric.com/Checkout. Now, back to the main content.
But there is no assurance that what has been in the past will continue to be in the future. That’s what drives me crazy; God didn’t allow humans to know beforehand what the whole picture will be in the future.
Humanity will forever stay ignorant to some extent until the end of humanity, if that end ever comes.
We can’t even know for certain whether humanity will end or not, and when humanity will end, if humanity’s end will ever come in the future.
These truths about the human capability and reality makes me think a lot about what kind of human life I should live and what I should do and pursue. Definitely, I want to pursue AI, robotics, human longevity biotech, and nuclear-fusion tech, because doing so feels right for me.
The only way I can live my human life is trying out the ideas I have, see what feedback I get from the real world, then correct my course, and try some new things. That’s all I can do as a human being, and it can get exhausting and frustrating at times.
I’m angry at God’s design of the human capability and reality; I’m angry at humans having unnecessary, arbitrary limitations imposed on humans by God; I feel that God has limited human beings on purpose.
Humans having unnecessary limitations infuriates me; I think humans should be limitless, via advances in transhumanistic science, technology, and capitalism.
I sincerely hope that a lot of human limitations will be removed via the advances in AI, robotics, human longevity biotech, and nuclear-fusion powered mass scale outer space humanity expansion tech.
Why should humans keep getting old and dying? Why? Just because that’s how God designed the biological human body? That’s not an acceptable reason for me. I think the human biological limitation of aging and dying should be removed via the advances in human longevity biotech; I think at the minimum humans should be able to live longer with healthy, youthful, and beautiful human bodies.
Why should humans be confined to Earth? I think humans should massively expand into outer space via advancing nuclear-fusion powered mass-scale outer space technologies.
Why should humans have limited supply of manual and mental labor? I think humans should have unlimited supply of labor on Earth and in outer space, via advancing AI and robotics.
God willing, via advancing transhumanism, I will remove all the unnecessary and disgusting human limitations that I don’t like.
